If you register on our Employee Portal website, Reece’s will collect your first and last name, and email address. Your email address will only be disclosed or used for the purpose for which you have provided it.
If you submit an application for our casual labour pool, Reece’s will also collect further information, including but not limited to:

- Tax File Number
- Superannuation Details
- Banking Details
- Medical History
- Workers’ Compensation History
What do we do with the Information?
Reece’s will use such information for the primary purpose it was collected or a related purpose. We will not use the information for other purposes unless your consent is obtained or such use is otherwise permitted under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We will not disclose such information to third parties for marketing purposes.
If at any time you wish to be removed from our database, please email info@reeces.com.au from the email address used to register your account and request removal.

Reece’s will endeavour to ensure that the information it holds is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
Should you want to obtain access to your information, either to verify its accuracy or amend any details, please email info@reeces.com.au. After we have received any changes to your information we will take reasonable steps to correct the information so that it is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
