‘Deputy’ is used to record employees attendance, manage schedules, and streamline payroll processes efficiently and accurately.
To get started, download the Deputy app from the App Store or Google Play. Once installed, you can log in and access your schedule, timesheets, and communication tools all in one place.
Getting Started
Download the Deputy app from your phone providers application store.
If you do not have a Smart Phone, you can access Deputy by visiting www.Deputy.com
Logging Into Deputy
After downloading the app, log in using your mobile number or email address. Your initial password will be “Welcome1”. Upon your first login, you’ll be prompted to create a new password. Ensure your new password is at least 6 characters long and different from any password you’ve previously used.
Using Deputy
With the Deputy app, you can:
View your upcoming shifts and schedule
Clock in and out with ease
Submit leave requests and mark unavailable days
Communicate directly with your managers and team
Integrate your work schedule with your personal calendar for better planning
Location Services Requirement
Location services must be enabled to use the clock in/out feature of the Deputy app. This ensures your location is accurately recorded when starting or ending a shift. Failure to have location services enabled may affect your pay.
